Multimillion pound call centre on Isle of Wight goes 'Live'

The first of the recruits start work today at a new call centre set to bring around 600 jobs to Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

Teams at the Ascensos contact centre will take calls on behalf of several retail giants including JD Sports.

The Isle of Wight Council has valued the benefit of the project to the Island's economy at around £35 million.
