Army sergeant in court after wife falls 4000ft in skydiving incident
An army sergeant has appeared at court, charged with attempting to murder his wife in Wiltshire.
Emile Cilliers' wife Victoria fell 4000ft during a skydive at Netheravon airfield in April 2015. She survived, but suffered serious injuries.
Mr Cilliers, 36, is also charged with attempting to murder his wife on another occasion, by damaging a gas fitting in her home.
