Fire breaks at Selsey Academy - more than 50 firefighters
A temporary structure will be built on the site of a Sussex school gutted by fire last weekend.
All 400 students at The Academy Selsey will be able to be taught in the temporary building, with work starting in the next few weeks and expected to be completed by early Autumn.
While the structure is being put up, students will be taught at various locations in the town. Year 7 and 8 students will have lessons at Selsey Town Hall, Year 9 students at The Academy Selsey Sports Centre and Years 10 and 11 will study at Bunn Leisure, with some specialist lessons at at Chichester High School.
The start of term has been delayed until Monday 12th September to allow teachers and other staff to prepare.
