The father of a man accused of murdering a pensioner had warned doctors his son could 'hurt someone or worse' if he wasn't given the treatment he needed.

That's what a jury was told today at the trial into the death of Donald Lock from Sussex.

The retired solicitor from Worthing was stabbed 39 times in a frenzied attack on the A24 near Findon last July.

Matthew Edward Daley, who's 35 and formerly of St Elmo Road, Worthing, denies murder.
