Hampshire Constabulary's new Chief Constable issues open letter

Hampshire Constabulary's new Chief Constable will officially start her new role today.

Olivia Pinkney was previously a senior officer with the Sussex force.

In an open letter she's calling on communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to help her reduce offending and protect the most vulnerable.
