A man is in hospital with serious injuries after being attacked by dogs in his own home
Kent Police say they've contained a number of dogs at a house in Westerham after a man was seriously injured.
Officers were called early this morning to the house in Vicarage Hill, where they found a man with critical bite injuries.
In a statement they said the man, believed to be the owner of the dogs, has been transferred to a hospital in London.
Officers including firearms officers attended to assist and to ensure public safety the road was closed for a short while.
A man was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.
Police currently remain at the scene.
The dogs have been contained and officers are working to safely remove them from the premises.
It's not known what breed of dog carried out the attack, or what will happen to the animals now.
