The nurse in charge of looking after a teenager who was found drowned in a bath at a care home in Oxfordshire has told an inquest he had checked on him just moments before. Connor Sparrowhawk, who was 18 and had learning disabilities and autism, drowned in a bath at Slade House in Headington in July 2013.
The NHS trust in charge initially said his death was due to 'natural causes'. But an independent report later found it 'was preventable' and the trust "failed significantly" in his care.
