Sex ring gang jailed for 82 years for horrific abuse

Six men found guilty of the horrifying abuse of two schoolgirls in Aylesbury which went on for years on a massive scale will be sentenced today.

A total of 11 men went on trial for 51 offences between 2006 and 2012 including multiple rape of a child under 13, child prostitution and administering a substance to "stupefy" a girl in order to engage in sexual activity.

A jury took more than 42 hours to find six of them guilty of a range of offences against the girls, who spent days giving evidence and being cross-examined at the Old Bailey.

Jail for sex abuse ring who groomed vulnerable victims

It's yet another shocking case of vulnerable young girls being targeted by a ruthless ring of abusers.

Six men have been sentenced at the Old Bailey to a combined total of 82 and a half years behind bars.

They groomed and abused two girls in the Aylesbury area, for nearly six years.

In court today the judge said one of the girls had been groomed for as little as 'the price of a McDonalds, a milkshake, or a cinema ticket'.

Emma Wilkinson was in court for the sentencing.
