There have been several reports of flooding in Sussex, and fire crews in Kent have been called out to deal with multiple incidents due to the weather.
More heavy rain is expected to fall in the South overnight.
Downpours are again set to batter parts of the south east after a month's rain fell in a few hours and caused flooding.
