Rochester & Strood by-election - Mark Reckless MP arrives at Westminster to take up his seat
The new UKIP MP for Rochester & Strood, Mark Reckless, has arrived at the House of Commons to take up his seat with the opposition parties after winning the by-election caused by his defection from the Conservative Party.
