Driving conditions in parts of Kent are reported to be hazardous after the remains of Ex-hurricane Bertha hit the county.
Many roads, including Charlotte Street in Sittingbourne, were under water after heavy rain earlier today.
There are also reports that two supermarkets evacuated shoppers - Asda in Sittingbourne and Morrisons in Maidstone - after rain started to fall through the roof.
