Flowers have been laid at the site where a 14-year-old girl died yesterday in Witney.
She has been named locally as Liberty Baker, who was described as a "friendly and kind girl".
Liberty was a Year 9 pupil at the 1,400-pupil Henry Box School in Witney where staff and students are being counselled over her death.
Officers attended Curbridge Road at 8.12am yesterday morning after reports a car had collided pedestrians.
