Arsonists are believed to be responsible for a major fire that destroyed a large area of heathland in Dorset overnight.
Fire crews remained at the scene of the blaze at Canford Heath this morning, damping down hot spots. It took 60 firefighters to fight the flames over an area the size of ten football pitches. This from Martin Dowse who speaks to Julian Lockwood of Dorset Fire & Rescue Service.
