Bus driver "sad to say goodbye to passengers"

After 65 years working behind the wheel and in the office at the Oxford Bus Company, Arthur Pearson is to retire - at the age of 88. He's the firm's longest-serving employee - he joinied the firm at the age of 23 in 1948.

He says it's hard to say goodbye to his passengers.
