The Headlines Today:- Murder Questions - Police have been given more time to question two men on suspicion of murder in connection with the disappearance of a pensioner. Patricia Goodband, who's 67, was reported missing a week ago.

Thank You - The mother and friends of a teenager who was hit on the head by a cricket ball and died, is to thank staff at the hospital where he spent his final moments. They've raised £4,000 for Southampton General's paediatric intensive care ward.

Budget Time - Kent's new Police and Crime Commissioner will today announce the budget for the force for the coming financial year. Since being elected Ann Barnes has pledged to bring more officers back on the beat.
