Former policeman gets top job

Martyn Underhill, a former senior policeman in Sussex, has become Police and Crime Commissioner in Dorset. He's the first Independent candidate in the country to win. He could soon be joined by Independent Ann Barnes who looks to be heading for a big win in Kent.
