TRAVEL - ROADS: HAMPSHIRE M3 northbound slow traffic after accident
There is slow traffic due to accident, now on the hard shoulder on M3 Northbound between J8 A30 / A303 (Andover) and J7 A30 (Basingstoke), congestion on M3 to Winchester Services. All lanes have been re-opened. Lane three (of three) was closed prior to 07:20.
