TRAVEL - ROADS: OXFORDSHIRE - M40 lane closed

Two lanes closed and very slow traffic due to accident, two vehicles involved on M40 Northbound between J10 A43 (Brackley / Cherwell Valley Services) and J11 A361 / A422 (Banbury). One car has overturned, all emergency services on scene.
