Drunken rampage ferry ban

A ferry company refused to bring 200 students home from France after they went on a drunken rampage. They wrecked a P&O Dover to Calais ferry and frightened passengers. P&O said they were forced to take other passengers "out of harm's way".

Students told no ferry home

A spokeswoman said: "P&O ferries can confirm that around 200 students from the University of Manchester & Manchester Metropolitan University caused disruption on an early sailing of its ship the Spirit of France. we will not be transporting these groups home. " The universities decline to comment.
