South's Olympic medal hopefuls gear up for action
Wheelchair basketball champ set to appear in record breaking seventh Paralympic Games
With the Olympics finishing in just over a week's time, it's the turn of the Paralympians to head to Rio - and excitement is already building, especially in one Sussex home.
Wheelchair basketball champ Simon Munn is set to be the first UK competitor to appear in his SEVENTH consecutive Games. It's the most ever by an athlete in a single sport.
Andy Dickenson went to watch him train and also spoke to sports scientist Alex Bliss.

Gold for GB rowers in Rio
Alex Gregory, Mohamed Sbihi, George Nash and Constantine Louloudis sailed over the finish line to claim first place in the men's four, with a time of five minutes 58.61secs.
Rio rowing gold for Heather and Helen
Heather Stanning from Reading and Helen Glover from Caversham have won gold in the women's pair rowing event.
Their winning time of 7:18.29 was almost a second quicker than silver medallists Genevieve Behrent and Rebecca Scown from New Zealand.
Hedvig Rasmussen and Anne Andersen from Denmark edged out Team USA to claim bronze.
Glover and Stanning won the event in London 2012 and remain undefeated in 36 races, stretching back to 2011.
Rowing gold for Berkshire pair
Heather Stanning from Reading and Helen Glover from Caversham have won gold in the women's pair rowing event.
