David Cameron and Boris Johnson are expected to clash in the House of Commons when the Prime Minister makes his case to MPs for Britain to stay in the EU.
Mr Cameron will give details of the new membership deal struck with his EU counterparts - a day after Mr Johnson confirmed he is bidding for Britain to leave the 28-member bloc.

Culture Sec accepts Morgan's £1,000 bet on PM's future
Culture Secretary John Whittingdale has bet £1,000 that David Cameron will remain Prime Minister even if the British people go against his wishes in June's referendum and vote for Britain to exit the EU.
Mr Whittingdale, one of six ministers to declare for the Brexit campaign, denied his leader's position would be untenable if he was defeated on the issue.
He accepted the bet for charity with presenter Piers Morgan on ITV's Good Morning Britain:

Nigel Farage dismisses 'pathetic' EU renegotiation deal
Ukip leader and Member of the European Parliament, Nigel Farage, has dismissed David Cameron's deal as "truly pathetic" as he urged voters to take the "golden opportunity" to get the UK out of the EU.
Reacting to the PM's negotiations in Brussels, Mr Farage said: "I believe in Britain. We are good enough to be an independent, self-governing nation outside of the EU. This is our golden opportunity.
"This is a truly pathetic deal. Let's Leave the EU, control our borders, run our own country and stop handing £55 million every day to Brussels."
He added that the "fundamental issue" of controlling the UK's borders was "not even discussed".

Grayling: PM would not have to quit if Britain leaves EU
David Cameron would not have to quit as Prime Minister if Britain votes to leave the EU, Leader of the House of Commons Chris Grayling has said.
Mr Grayling, who will be supporting the Vote Leave campaign, told ITV News Political Editor Robert Peston that Mr Cameron "must lead us to the next stage", whatever the result.
He said he and other ministers would accept the "will of the people" and move on if the public voted for Britain to stay in the EU.
Mr Grayling also said there was no need for animosity between Conservative ministers on each side of the debate.
Cameron: No second EU referendum
David Cameron has said there will be no second referendum on the EU membership.
Addressing the House of Commons, he said: "This is a vital decision for the future of our country and we must be clear that it is a final decision."
He added: "This is a straight democratic decision - staying in or leaving and no government can ignore that
"Having a second renegotiation following by a 2nd referendum is not on the ballot paper

Mordaunt to be latest Cabinet figure to declare for Brexit
Defence Minister Penny Mordaunt will be the latest Cabinet figure to defy Prime Minister David Cameron and vote for Britain to leave the EU - as a host of Tory MPs announce their Brexit intentions.
ITV News Deputy Political Editor Chris Ship reported her anticipated declaration, noting it also places her in direct opposition to Defence Secretary Michael Fallon.
He also confirmed Ms Mordaunt will be joined by several party colleagues in adding their support for the Leave campaign on the day Mr Cameron outlines his case for remaining to MPs.
Boris call for Brexit is 'decision in search of justification'
Boris Johnson's decision to support the EU Brexit campaign is "a decision in search of a justification", shadow foreign secretary Hilary Benn has told ITV's Good Morning Britain.
Mr Benn, who will campaign to remain, said the Mayor of London's explanatory newspaper article had accepted there are "risks" to Britain leaving the EU.
Peston: PM must be 'furious' with Goldsmith over EU vote
ITV News Political Editor Robert Peston has said David Cameron is presumably "furious" that London mayoral candidate Zac Goldsmith is among the Tories campaigning against him in the EU referendum.
He tweeted that Mr Goldsmith's position means he is taking a "big risk" with his own mayoral campaign.
