Police have confirmed that at least one person has died in a four vehicle crash on the A23.

Woman, 21, dies in four car pile-up on A23
Police have confirmed that the 21-year-old female driver of a Renault has died after a four car pile-up on the A23 in Sussex.
The accident happened at around 4am on Monday morning.
It involved a blue Volkswagen, a black BMW, a black Mitsubishi and a blue Renault.
The woman who died was from Newhaven. She was declared dead at the scene but there were no other serious injuries.
The northbound carriage was closed whilst recovery work took place and a diversion was set up via the A281. The A23 fully reopened at around 10.30am.
Police are appealing for witnesses.

The road remains closed in a northbound direction after the accident in the early hours, north of Pyecombe.
Police remain at the scene and a diversion has been set up via the A281 as recovery work takes place.
