A woman from Chatham wants to raise awareness of an alternative therapy that she says has helped her ME - but other campaigners for sufferers of the illness disagree.

From a wheelchair to walking in just a few months. ME is an often debilitating condition causing extreme exhaustion, painful muscles and joints and even, in the case of one woman from Kent - paralysis.

Now, as she starts to walk again Amanda Crouch from Chatham wants to raise awareness of an alternative therapy that she says, has given her hope. And she'd like to see the treatment available on the NHS, even though it is not supported by clinical trials. Watch Sarah Saunders's report.
