Text Santa helps charities in the south

This week we have been finding out how ITV's Text Santa charity appeal is changing lives across the South East.

Here's the story of a young man - Aaron Davies, who had a heart transplant at the age of 26 following a sudden illness. As Andrea Thomas reports, The British Heart Foundation has been helping him on the long road to recovery.
