Full report: Purbeck Isle deaths report says 'life raft failures blamed'
A report into the deaths of three fishermen from Weymouth has concluded they may have been saved if their life raft had been stowed correctly.
All three drowned when their boat sank off Portland last year.
The report also found that the 'Purbeck Isle' was heavily loaded and in an extremely poor condition. Watch Laura Makin-Isherwood's report.

M25 clockwise blocked, stationary traffic due to accident between J15 M4 and J16 M40.all traffic stopped whilst the vehicles are moved to the hard shoulder.

TRAVEL - ROADS: SURREY - Problems persist as fuel spillage on M25
One lane closed and queueing traffic for three miles due to earlier accident and fuel spillage on M25 anticlockwise between J6 A22 / B2235 (Godstone) and Clacket Lane Services, congestion on M25 to J7 M23. In the roadworks area.
Travel time is around 20 minutes. Lane one (of three) remains closed, being treated after a diesel spill which leaked from the van and the lorry involved in the accident.
'Busiest weekend' expected for Eurostar
Eurostar services say they are set for their busiest weekend of the year to date, as holidaymakers head to Europe and escape the "Arctic Spring".
Over 100,000 passengers are expected to travel this weekend, which coincides with the maiden voyage of the firm's new direct service to Lyon and Provence.
