Protesters campaigning against the planned Bexhill-Hastings link road are taking direct action at Combe Haven in Sussex ahead the start of construction work.

Protestors will be taking to the trees and tunnels as chainsaws return to Combe Haven today. Opponents of the £100 million Bexhill-Hastings Link road will gather where more tree-felling will take place after the Christmas break.
Six people were arrested during a peaceful protest last December.
