The Olympic Flame leaves Kent

Dickie Winfield is raising money for the Step Short charity, wearing his special suit to a number of events.

A 17 year old will appear at Medway Youth Court later today, charged with common assault, assaulting a police officer and a public order offence after the Olympic Torch relay was disrupted on it's journey through Kent yesterday. It happened on the route along Rochester Road in Gravesend.

From a replica of a Royal barge in Maidstone, past Gravesend's majestic Gurdwara and across the border into Surrey - a look at the torch's final day through Kent. We speak to spectators and the Gurdwara's architect Teja Biring.

Chi-Mun Wong, from Cheam in Surrey, carried the Torch through Rochester. She recently overcame cancer and was nominated by her mother.

The last leg of the Olympic Torch relay through Kent was disrupted this morning when someone in the crowd apparently tried to grab it as it passed by. Police say a man has been arrested. David Johns reports on the torch's journey from Maidstone to Sevenoaks.
