Netley murder investigation: Three more arrests after man stabbed near village train station
Three more people have been arrested following the death of a man in Netley in Hampshire.
Police were called to a report of an injured man on Station Road at 6.26pm Wednesday 18 December. On arrival, officers located a man with a stab wound.
The man died at the scene.
An 18-year-old man from Netley and an 18-year-old man from Eastleigh have both been arrested on suspicion of murder. A 36-year-old woman from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
It follows the arrests of an 18-year-old man from Southampton on Thursday 19 December), also on suspicion of murder.
A 15-year-old boy from Netley, who was previously arrested in connection with the incident, has since been released from custody and no further action taken against him.
Police say they want to hear from any witnesses.
