She was last seen by a police officer on Saturday 30 November 2019, in the Newtown Nicholstown area of Southampton.
Since then, the last known corroborated sighting of Jo was on Thursday 5 December 2019 when she travelled from Fareham, back to Southampton, with a friend.
Jo, who was 44 at the time she disappeared, was reported missing by her family on 22 February last year after they had not heard from her for months.
It was not out of character for Joanne to occasionally not make contact with her family for some weeks, but as time went by they became increasingly concerned.
In 2020, five people were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
All five people were questioned by officers, however no further action was taken against any of them in relation to Jo’s disappearance.
Speaking last year, her daughters Layla and Hayley said not knowing 'was like turmoil'.
Hayley said: "You can't imagine what it is like with a loved one, when you don't know where they are, you don't know if they're okay. Your mind is always turning on every single possibility that could've happened. It's like turmoil but every day is the same. It just starts over every day."
Jo is described as being white, around 5 feet 1 inches tall, of slim build with long dark brown hair.
