Body found in search for missing Southampton teenager

The body of a teenage boy has been found during the search for a missing person in Southampton.

The family of missing 15-year-old Marcel Wochna have been informed and they are being supported by specialist officers. Identification of the body has taken place.

Marcel was last seen at around 11.55pm on Sunday the 7th of November in the Cobden Bridge area.

Police officers were in the area at the time, following reports of criminal damage being caused at Cobden Marine Court. 

 As a result, the investigation has been referred to the IOPC, following a death after police contact.
