Thousands celebrate Reading Pride as the streets light up in colour

Reading Pride has kicked off with a parade through the town.

A full line-up of entertainment is planned across three stages at King's Meadow with a funfair, family area, a wide range of food, drink and market stalls.

After a hiatus since 2019 due to COVID-19, the Love Unites Parade is back, bringing the spirit of Pride to the centre of Reading.

It provides opportunities for groups, organisations and individuals to show their support for both Pride and the ongoing campaign for equality.
