The second day of a Dorset music festival was delayed due to stormy weather.

Festival-goers at Camp Bestival have battled strong winds since the four-day event started at Lulworth Castle on Thursday (29/07).

The event's organisers were forced to delay the opening of public arenas, due to safety concerns and have thanked people for their patience.

The poor weather conditions come as Storm Evert develops, as gusts reached 48mph at Portland on Thursday night.

Björn Again will replace Sophie Ellis-Bextor on the Castle Stage on Friday, as she is unable to perform because two of her children have caught coronavirus.

Despite this, families were excited to listen to the live music and join in the activities, like crafting and spinning.
