They often say that truth is stranger than fiction. And that's the premise of 'Six Minutes to Midnight', a new film starring Eddie Izzard and Judi Dench, set in Bexhill-on-Sea just under a hundred years ago. Eddie Izzard plays a teacher at the Augusta-Victoria college in Bexhill. And this extraordinary school really did exist, with a swastika discreetly displayed next to the Union Jack, where the daughters and god-daughters of some very senior Nazis were educated.
