Man charged with murder following stabbing in Thame

A man has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Thame in Oxfordshire.

Police were called to Chinnor Road after 7pm on Wednesday, where the body of 19-year-old Joshua Harling was found.

A post-mortem examination found Joshua died from a stab wound to the chest.

Joshua’s family are being supported by specially trained officers and have requested that their privacy is respected.

19-year-old Natham Braim from Thame has been charged with one count of murder and appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Monday (27 July).

He will next appear at Oxford Crown Court on Wednesday.

A 15-year-old boy from Oxfordshire and two 19-year-old men from Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, who were also arrested, have been released on conditional police bail.
