Heartbreak for families as a memorial garden in a Kent churchyard is ripped apart

Families have been left distraught after vandals attacked a memorial garden in Thanet.

Statues and gifts were smashed and personal messages destroyed in the attack at the St Laurence Church in Ramsgate.

Vandals have desecrated the final resting place of parents, children and loved ones at the St Laurence in Thanet Church. Leaving behind them a trail of glass, and destroyed precious mementos.
