Lockdown Diaries: Living with cystic fibrosis
We are just days away from the lockdown being eased for those who have spent more than 100 days largely indoors.
From Monday July 6 people who are shielding will be allowed greater freedoms.
We're bringing you their stories, in their own words, as they reflect on their experiences and look ahead.
One of those is a young woman who is worried that others are becoming too lax with social distancing and other rules, just as she prepares to rejoin society again.
Nicole Allen from Eastbourne is 22 years old and lives with a condition called cystic fibrosis.

Nicole has been shielding for 15 weeks, and says that's made it difficult to keep in touch with her CF team and keep in contact.
Nicole has told ITV Meridian some of the worst things about lockdown has been the isolation, and not being able to see friends and family.
She says a lot of the time she's felt a bit lost or felt like she doesn't really have a purpose.
Nicole who works as a sports and activities coach has been on furlough since March.
But Nicole says her company has been really supportive and understanding and is in discussions with them about returning to work in August.
Nicole is urging people to think of others who may be stepping out the front door for the first time since lockdown.
