Having a bad hair day? We resort to DIY haircuts at home, some great... some not so...

High streets have become ghost towns during the coronavirus lockdown. Among the businesses sitting empty are hairdressers and barbers and it's not known when they can re-open.

It's prompted many to have a go at cutting or colouring hair themselves - with mixed results!

We asked the viewers to send in their home haircuts, some successful, some not so!

Claire Tarrant's son and husband from Thatcham in Berkshire seem pretty happy with their matching quarantine haircuts.

Robin Brindley from Bridgemary in Gosport did his own hair but didn't realise how bad it was until he asked someone if it was ok at the back! He thought he did a good job, nevertheless.
