Hastings Half Marathon cancelled over Coronavirus fears

The organisers of the Hastings Half Marathon has canceled this year's event as precaution because of the Coronavirus.

This year the annual race was set to take place on Sunday 29th March. However, the Hastings Lions Club, which operates the half marathon says that it has called off the event because it takes the 'safety and health of all of its entrants, helpers, spectators and suppliers very seriously.'

The Race Director, Eric Harwick MBE, said that they will offer all entrants a completely free entry for next year. He thanked everyone for their valued support and understanding.
