Funk legend who penned 'Cold Sweat' with James Brown plays version with students
A legend of funk, Pee wee Ellis not only played with James Brown but together they wrote 'Cold Sweat' and 'Say it Loud, I'm Black and I'm Proud'.
This week, he's been visiting our region.
He'll be joining soul star Omar and drummer Daru Jones at the Brighton Dome on Saturday.
But we caught up with him passing his wisdom onto pupils at Varndean School this week - a masterclass arranged by Brighton and Hove Music and Arts.
