Careless parking putting lives at risk, say fire crews
Firefighters are fighting a losing battle on our roads before they can even get to the scene of a crash or fire, because of careless parking.
Crews in West Sussex and Hampshire say they're facing daily delays by having to slowly manoeuvre round badly parked cars, and, in some cases they have to double back on themselves because they can't get past at all.
