Pony helping patients to recover in hospital

A Shetland pony popped in to see patients at Southend Hospital.

The therapy horse, called Secret, came into the stroke unit to help patients with their recovery. It's hoped she will be able to visit the hospital every month.

Although Secret may be small, she's had a big impact not only on the patients but on staff too.
