Woman in her eighties achieves dream of becoming an author
A former vicar's wife from Rye in Sussex has fulfilled her lifelong dream by becoming an author in her eighties.
Pamela Holloway wrote at school and for her children when they were young. She was rejected however after an attempt to at getting two novels published in her thirties.
Despite not taking her work seriously again until she was in her eighties, Pamela has published four books in the last four years.
The author's inspiration comes from her travels with her husband.
Pamela's most recent project is a fifth novel and a children's book.
She is working with a local illustrator and is determined to continue writing.
