Harry Redknapp supports cancer charity in need of £600,000
The Wessex Cancer Trust charity has provided support to people with cancer for almost forty years.
However, the charity is at risk of being closed down if it doesn't raise £600,000 by the end of January.
The charity covers Hampshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight and parts of Wiltshire.
Former Football Manager, Harry Redknapp is supporting The Wessex Cancer Trust.
On a visit to the centre today, he said: "People don't do anything until it affects them. Lets get as many people on board and see what we can do, and make the effort."
The charity provides a space for cancer suffers to talk honestly about the disease.
Approximately 11,000 people are helped by Wessex Cancer Trust every year.
