A Sussex woman with a life-limiting illness has fallen thousands of feet from a plane - with a little help from her family.

Ruth Tillbury was diagnosed with Corticobasal Degeneration a few years ago.

It’s a rare life limiting disease which restricts her speech and movement that sometimes gets mistaken for Parkinson's.

Despite being in wheelchair Ruth wanted to take part in a parachute jump to raise money for PSP, a charity which helps people with the condition.

Ruth wasn't alone on her fall from 15,000 feet into Headcorn, she was not only joined by her daughter but also her 87-year old father David.
