Pride of Britain winners are revealed for east and west of region

Revealed: ITV Meridian's Pride of Britain Fundraisers of the year for the east and west of the region. An impossible decision to make so we asked ITV family favourite Paul O'Grady to do the honours.

The star, who's a regular viewer, joined Sangeeta and our Pride of Britain producers Luke Castiglione and Jenna Verdicchio to whittle down the finalists.
