Council chaos: what has gone wrong in West Sussex?
The leader of West Sussex County Council has quit her post - and apologised - on the day it was revealed the council could lose control of its Children's Services department.

Ms Goldsmith acknowledged there were serious failings in Children's Services. She has been speaking to our reporter, Chloe Oliver.
