The emergency services say a phone app is proving to be a potential lifesaver. 'What 3 Words' divides the world into into three metre squares - each one identified by a unique combination of three words.

That address can then help pinpoint people who might need help. It's especially useful in rural areas where postcodes can cover large areas. Kevin Ashford reports.
