A shop dedicated to helping the environment has opened its doors in Westbourne in Bournemouth.

Almond & Co uses no plastic bags and produces very little waste.

The owners were inspired to open the store after encountering more and more plastic pollution while surfing locally.

In Southbourne, a restaurant using the same ethos has won awards for its sustainability.

The materials to furnish Terroir, along with the packaging and produce, are sustainable meaning waste is minimal.
