Friday marks International Women's Day and all this week ITV News Meridian is celebrating remarkable women from across our region, across different walks of life and across generations.
Our third report is about a woman from Farnham in Surrey who has built a multi-million pound business from humble beginnings.
Caroline Redman Lusher, a singer and musician, is the founder and creator of Rock Choir.
It was set up in 2005, and now has more than 30,000 members in 400 towns and cities across the UK.
Caroline set up Rock Choir to enable anyone to enjoy singing, to express themselves and release stress.
Anyone who wants to become a member, does not need to read music or have to audition.
Caroline started playing the piano at the age of seven and started singing at the age of 11.
