Police continue appeal one year after teenager murdered in Oxford

Police are still searching for the person responsible for a teenager's death in Oxford one year on since it happened.

16-year-old Harun Jama was stabbed and left for dead by Friar's Wharf, close to the Westgate Centre, in Oxford on 3rd January 2017.

Harun was taken to hospital for treatment but later died as a result of his injuries.

Thames Valley Police have been patrolling the scene this week hoping to find clues as to what happened.

Thames Valley Police say they believe some individuals they have previously spoken to are holding 'significant' information about what happened that night.

Despite a number of arrests soon after the stabbing, no one has yet been prosecuted for the murder.
